How do I pay?
Once we confirm your request, we send a secure payment link on WhatsApp. Prices are in CFA francs (FCFA); the euro amount is shown as a guide.
Is the price per person?
No, it is per arrival for 1 to 3 people travelling together. Each extra traveller adds 15,000 FCFA for their eSIM and Welcome Box.
Will an eSIM work on my phone?
Most recent iPhones and Android phones support eSIM. Send us your phone model and we check. If it does not, we help you get a local SIM card; bring your passport, it is needed to register it.
Which areas do you cover?
Dakar, Diamniadio and Saly, with airport pickups at Blaise Diagne International Airport (AIBD). Ask us for anywhere else.
Which languages do you speak?
English, French and Spanish on WhatsApp. On the ground, our partners also speak Wolof.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp. Our cancellation terms are shown with your payment link, before you pay.
